Grandma’s Peanut Glazed Pork Roast
Diving back into my grandmother’s beloved recipe book this week! Tonight’s dinner was a hit: Peanut Glazed Pork Roast! Absolutely delicious and perfect for a family gathering. 😋
Peanut Glazed Pork Roast Servings:
8 Ingredients:
1 shoulder pork roast (about 5 lbs)
1 clove garlic, pressed 🧄
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 small onion, sliced 🧅
Peanut Glaze:
1 cup roasted peanuts 🥜
⅔ cup sweetened orange marmalade 🍊
1½ tbsp whole grain mustard
3 tbsp horseradish
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Season the roast with garlic, salt, and pepper. Add onions.
3. Bake in foil for 1 hour. 🕐
4. Glaze and roast until done.
5. Thicken the juices for a rich sauce. 🥘
